Terms of Service

Read ZUUMM AI's terms of service. Understand the terms and conditions for using our AI-powered travel planning platform.

Effective Date: 15 June 2025

These Terms govern the use of the ZUUMM platform, operated by Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

The user must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. Use of Services by minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Services Offered

ZUUMM offers over 20 services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, car rentals, bus/train tickets, insurance, holiday packages, MICE solutions, forex, and B2B services for agents.

3. Booking & Payments

All prices are quoted in INR. Payments can be made via Razorpay, UPI,  Smart Collect or other approved payment gateways. For international cardholders, the user’s issuing bank may apply a foreign exchange fee (~3%). Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of the confirmation email or invoice.

4. User Accounts

The users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. They agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and bookings.

*Activities relating to entry tickets (such as theatres, events, attractions etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
**If a partial payment has been made toward the room reservation deposit, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the cancellation timeline.

  • Flight tickets (if part of the package) are treated separately for refund purposes, and the applicable airline policy at the time of booking will apply.
  • Activities relating to entry tickets (such as theatres, events, attractions etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled on or before 29 days prior to the check-in date (in case of full payment).
  • A 75% cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled on or before 29 days prior to the check-in date (in case of partial payment).
  • A 75% cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled between 15 and 29 days prior to the check-in date.
  • A 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 15 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Peak Season Dates may attract higher cancellation charges.
  • If a partial payment has been made toward the room reservation deposit, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the cancellation timeline.
  • Natural Disruptions: In case of delays or cancellations due to weather or other unavoidable issues, refunds will be processed as per vendor policies.
  • TCS already remitted to the government cannot be reversed by the travel company.   However, the customer can claim it as a credit or refund while filing their Income Tax Return (ITR), since it appears in Form 26AS. In case TCS was not deposited with government authorities at the time of cancellation then TCS amount is refunded in full. 
  • For the 5% GST, refund will be made proportionate to the refund amount.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.  ZUUMM reserves the right to deduct applicable cancellation fees and service charges.

7. Flight Cancellations & Refunds – When only Flight services are booked

Cancellation Charges:

  • Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policy.
  • In addition to airline cancellation charges, a service fee may be applicable as per our policy.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the airline’s policy after deducting applicable charges.
  • Refunds typically take 7–14 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Rescheduling / Date Change:

  • Any date or time change will be subject to the airline’s rescheduling charges plus ZUUMM service fee.
  • Fare difference, if any, will be applicable.

No-Show Policy:

  • If the traveler fails to report at the airport within the required time, the ticket will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be applicable as per airline policy.

Special Fares:

  • Promotional, corporate, or private fares may have restricted or non-refundable conditions.
  • Customers are advised to check fare conditions before booking.

8. Hotel Cancellations & Refunds

When Hotels are part of a package:

Will follow section 5 (Cancellations & Refunds - Holiday Package) of this document 

When only Hotel services are booked

Cancellation Policy:

  • Hotel cancellations will be as per the hotel’s individual policy.
  • Guests are advised to check the cancellation terms carefully at the time of booking, as they may vary for each property, rate plan, or season.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable charges.
  • Refunds are subject to the hotel’s confirmation and cancellation policy.

9. Activity Cancellations & Refunds

When activities are part of a package:

Will follow section 5 (Cancellations & Refunds - Holiday Package) of this document 

When only activities are booked:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Activity cancellations will be as per the activity individual policy.
  • Guests are advised to check the cancellation terms carefully at the time of booking, as they may vary for each activity.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable charges.
  • Refunds are subject to the activities confirmation and cancellation policy.

10. Usage of Subscription / Wallet Credits

  • A maximum of INR 3,000 can be redeemed at a time for a Holiday Package or a Visa booking
  • Redemption on other services is not allowed.
  • The minimum cost of the holiday package to avail the redemption is INR 25,000

 

11. B2B Program

Authorized travel agents and institutions may access discounted rates, dashboards, and commissions. ZUUMM reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or terminate access in case of misuse.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, brand assets, software, and data on the platform are the property of Incbuddy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any material without written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

ZUUMM is not liable for service failures caused by third-party suppliers, natural calamities, or force majeure events. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

14. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India. We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably.

15. Modifications

We may revise these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

16. ZUUMM as an Intermediary

ZUUMM, operated by Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited, acts solely as an intermediary. We assist users in discovering, comparing, and booking services provided by third-party travel suppliers. We are not the direct provider of flights, hotels, or visa services.

17. Communication Policy

By transacting on our platform, you consent to receive confirmation emails and updates regarding your bookings. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. SMS alerts are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed under law.

18. Content Use Restrictions

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of this website or its services without written permission from Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited.

19. Third-Party Service Disclaimer

ZUUMM is not responsible for deficiencies, delays, or service failures caused by third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, or visa authorities.

20. Informing Associated Travelers

If the users make bookings on behalf of others, they are responsible for informing them of applicable terms, cancellation policies, and requirements.

21. Ownership & Licensing

All intellectual property, including travel itineraries, pricing algorithms, branding, UI elements, and backend tools, is the sole property of Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited.

22. User Submissions

Any materials, feedback, or suggestions submitted by users shall be considered non-confidential.  ZUUMM  may use such content without limitation or obligation.

23. Site & Service Changes

ZUUMM reserves the right to change or discontinue any part of the website or service features without prior notice.

24. Right to Cancel Due to Invalid or Misleading Information

The user agrees to provide only accurate and truthful information when requesting services from ZUUMM. Any misrepresentation or false information will render this agreement void and disqualify the user from availing ZUUMM's services.

If ZUUMM discovers, during or after a service request, that the request is unauthorized or based on incorrect or misleading information, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the booking or deny service without prior notice. In such cases, ZUUMM shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.

25. Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery do not apply to our business.

26. Copyright of Contents

The copyright in the contents of this website belongs to Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited. Copying of part or all the contents of this website without the permission of Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited is prohibited, except to the extent that such copying/printing is necessary for the purposes of availing of the paid services provided.

27. Terms and Conditions of Booking

Rates and Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, or price increases by suppliers. If there’s any increase in cost, you must pay the difference or cancel the booking (which may involve cancellation fees). Prices quoted are based on availability at the time of quoting and may change before the travel date.

Final Payment: Full payment must be made immediately when requested, prior to your travel. No travel documents or vouchers will be issued until full payment is received. Payment terms may vary depending on the service (flights, hotels, tours, etc.), and we will inform you of these at the time of booking. Final amounts may differ due to price changes or exchange rate variations.

Card Fees: A card fee applies to credit/debit card payments. This covers merchant charges, payment processing, fraud protection systems, and administrative costs related to secure transactions.

28. Site Copyright – Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited

All original artwork, maps, design elements, navigation tools, and text on this website are copyrighted and owned by Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited. Some images are used with permission from service providers or licensed third parties, and Incbuddy reserves the right to protect these copyrights on behalf of the rightful owners.

All HTML files and custom graphics are proprietary to Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited and are protected under international intellectual property laws. These files may not be copied, moved to another server, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

As a member of various Indian Regional Tourism Authorities, Incbuddy also uses promotional images made available to its members for tourism-related content.

29. Promotion

Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited may use your personal information to send you updates related to bookings, promotions, offers, surveys, new products or services, etc., through email, text messages, phone calls, WhatsApp, IVR, and other communication platforms.

If you do not wish to receive such communications, you can unsubscribe by writing to us.

30. Disclaimer

This website may have some errors or outdated information, and Incbuddy Technologies Private Limited can update or change things at any time. Everything on the site is provided "as is," without any guarantees. While we try our best to make sure the site works smoothly and safely, we cannot promise it will always be error-free or free from viruses. Some content on the site comes from third-party providers like airlines, hotels, or tour operators, so we can’t guarantee its accuracy. Also, if you face issues like internet problems or service interruptions beyond our control, we are not responsible. ZUUMM is only a middleman helping you book services — we do not directly provide flights, hotels, or tours, so we are not liable for problems with those services. We are also not responsible for any kind of loss or damage caused by using this site.
